Coming exclusively to a Federated Store near you this summer, Rachel Roy will be dropping her moderately priced line named Rachel Rachel Roy (why the dup idk)The line will be priced at $59 to $299 for sportswear, $79 to $199 for shoes, up to $195 for jewelry, and as much as $109 for handbags. Retailers as well as brands are thinking about new ways to cash in during this economic downturn, but will it be successful? Its being coined as downtown cool with uptown chic. But its looks a little grungy to me.
